The Legal Names and what might be as it appears:

"leather" is just that
"genuine leather" is mostly plastic
"leather belt" is mostly plastic 

"Salmon Oil" is just that
"Sockeye Salmon Oil" is just that
"Wild Pacific Salmon Oil" is a blend of oils, often 10% salmon oil
"Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil" is a blend of oils, often 10% salmon oil
"Standardized Salmon Oil" is a blend of oils, often 10% salmon oil
Note: a blend of oil may include flax seed oil. (not healthy)
Salmon oil is expensive so most companies cut their product for profit. 

"glass" is just that 
"real glass" can be plastic 

"grapefruit juice" is just that
"100% pure grapefruit juice" is only 10% grapefruit and 90% sugar water.

"salmon oil" is just that
"wild salmon oil" is sardine, mackerel and anchovies oil
"Pacific Salmon Oil" is a blend of fish oils and little salmon oil

"milk" is just that
"fresh milk" is held by regulation as "milk"
"milk beverage" is thickened water with color and flavors

"salt" is just that
"table salt" is a blend that often contains sugar or MSG.
"sea salt" is a blend of minerals

"Yoghurt" is just that
"fruit yoghurt" contain thickeners, flavors and sugar

"blueberries" are just that
"blueberry muffin" rarely has blueberries

 "soy milk" contains high amounts of MSG
"soy sauce" contains colors, gluten and MSG

"potato chips" are mostly that
"chips" often contain gluten [wheat] and MSG 
"potato crisps" are anything
"barbeque flavored chips" are loaded with MSG
"shaped chips" are made from dough 

"beef" is just that
"all beef" is something else
"steak" is just that
"chilled steak" is something else Meat Glue 

"chicken" is just that
"chicken nuggets" is something else YouTube 
"all white meat" is something else
